Web Server

Here's the inside of the web server. It's based on an AMD XP 2200+ CPU with 512MB of RAM, combo floppy/CDRW, an 80GB drive and 7 fans. I got it from www.boldata.com for $650, which is about half the price of other 1U servers with similar features.  I have Win2k installed on half of the drive and RedHat Linux 7.3 installed on the other half.

I still have this web site hosted at my ISP as I'm still experimenting with the configuration and working on router DMZ issues.When I fully migrate my web site to this server, it will run Linux full-time.
